Binder Real Estate was established in 1985, by Frank Binder, who had spent nine years as a leading sales representative, three years as a Windsor Manager, and subsequently Southwestern Ontario District Manager with the Permanent. Based on his commitment to best-in-class customer service, within ten years Frank acquired the assets of the Windsor branch of Royal LePage in October, 1995. He was one of the first franchisees in the then Royal LePage Associate Broker network.
July 2008, RLP Binder orchestrated an acquisition of Royal LePage Liberty, to become one of the region's largest real estate brokerages.
May 2013, RLP Binder acquired Prudential Select Realty Inc. to become the second largest Brokerage in Windsor-Essex.
